Copyright
UCity Moments Photography retains copyright in all photographs created during your session, as provided under United States copyright law.
Your license
- Personal use, including personal printing and sharing with family and friends.
- Posting on your personal social media and professional profiles such as LinkedIn.
- Credit is appreciated but not required for personal use.
Not included without a commercial license
- Advertising, paid promotion, product packaging, or brand campaigns.
- Resale or licensing of images to third parties, including stock libraries.
- Use by an employer, agency, or business other than your own personal profile.
Editing and alteration
Please do not apply filters, crops that remove the watermark on preview files, or alterations that materially change the edited image before publishing it.
Portfolio use
Your photographs are used for portfolio, website, or social media purposes only with your separate written consent. Declining has no effect on your session or pricing.
Galleries
Private galleries remain active for 30 days. Please download and back up your images before expiry; re-activation may incur a fee.
