Prices do not include applicable Pennsylvania sales tax. Final pricing may change based on travel, permits, event size, commercial usage, or special requests. Your date is not reserved until the agreement and required payment are completed.
Prepare
Graduation checklist
- Bring cap, gown, stole, cords, and diploma cover.
- Steam the gown beforehand.
- Wear comfortable walking shoes between locations.
- Bring water and touch-up items.
- Arrive 10 minutes early.
- Confirm whether any desired building requires permission.
Graduation season availability
May and December fill first
A limited number of graduation sessions are accepted each week. Submit your preferred and backup dates and you will receive confirmation of open times.
