Booking and payment

• 40% nonrefundable retainer reserves your date
• Remaining balance due 48 hours before the session
• One weather reschedule for outdoor sessions
• 15-minute grace period; late arrival reduces available shooting time
• No RAW or unedited files are provided
• Standard portrait delivery within 7 days; events within 10 days
• Gallery remains active for 30 days
• Portfolio use requires separate written client consent
• Personal printing rights included; the photographer retains copyright
• Applicable Pennsylvania sales tax is added at checkout.

Session conduct

Sessions take place in publicly accessible outdoor areas unless another location is agreed in writing. You are responsible for obtaining any permit or venue permission that a requested location requires. Sessions may be shortened or ended for unsafe conditions or unlawful conduct.

Deliverables

You receive the number of edited images stated in your package. RAW or unedited files are not provided. Editing style is at the photographer's discretion; extensive alteration is available as paid extended retouching.

Image rights

UCity Moments Photography retains copyright in all images. You receive a personal-use license including personal printing and social sharing. Commercial or promotional use requires a commercial usage add-on.

Limitation of liability

In the event of equipment failure, illness, data loss, or another circumstance preventing delivery, liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid. [EDITABLE — attorney review required.]

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
